US TELE-MEDICINE offers physicians an interactive billing service permitting the filing of insurance claims for alternative  services rendered. Services recognized are evaluations, office visits, follow-up visits, consultation, and in-home care.

• Claims are filed on-line at our secured site 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
• Physicians office staff may check on patient insurance benefits and eligibility on-line 9AM - 6PM M-F prior to accepting an insurance card as payment in full.
• On-line account information allows Physicians to keep track of all claims.
• There are no required credentialing issues with insurers for Doctors joining the US TELE-MEDICINE Group, saving the Physician thousands of dollars and months of time in processing.
• Our In-Network affiliations with dozens of Insurance carriers, means that Member Physicians receive a higher percentage of reimbursement monies.
• Physicians may use logos of our In-Network insurance carriers in collateral marketing, providing a stronger sales presence.
• Our Taxonomy designation is as a Medical Group with specialty in Pain Management and using Integrated Medicine modalities to provide care for patients.
• US TELE-MEDICINE and our Medical Staff appear as the Billing Physicians and the Physician Members as the primary.
• All Patients must be registered on-line and receive a US TELE-MEDICINE Patient ID number and this can be done at in-take.
• Member Physicians receive payments in full with no US TELE-MEDICINE deductions for services or processing.
• Member Physicians receive free consultation with our medical staff concerning alternative and integrated medicine or medical practices.
• Yearly Physician membership is $50.00.
• Charges for filing a claim are $25.00 per claim, irrespective of the amount of the claim. All credit and debit cards are accepted at the time the claim is filed.
• All of our data is stored in EMR, Secured, Encrypted and HIPAA compliant servers.
