US Tele-Medicine employs the Life Link © monitoring system to send and record the vitals, daily, weekly, or when needed.
Readings are sent by toll-free telephone to our secure website, where our nurses review them, and if there is cause for concern, the file is referred immediately to a USTM Physician.
In addition to the vital information, the Patient will report on their "subjective" state of health. Once they press the button sending the vitals, they pick up the phone and answer a series of questions designed by our Doctors specifically for each patient.
