Q. As a MLM operator or distributor, what liability do I have?
A. None. You have no liability except to maintain a web link to us. You are not responsible or liable for any claims, care or money settlements to your customers.
Q. Do you guarantee that the patient will receive their money from the insurance company?
A. No. Each patient has their own plan and their own benefits. The patient should be in touch with our Customer Service department after the claim has been filed.
Q. How long does it take to process a claim?
A. Initially it will take about 5 minutes to input the patient information on the form. Because that patient will remain on our database, each subsequent claim for that patient will take about 30 seconds.
Q. How does my customer get a Refund?
A. The Care Plan sends a portion of the money it earned by providing care to the patient – directly to the Patient. Our Care Plan encourages the use of costly Integrated Medicines for patients seeking relief, and we help by providing care and the financial assistance needed in buying these expensive out-of-pocket medicines.
